What is 1CC?

1CC allows you to centrally manage the connectivity of all your phone numbers (landline, mobile, internet) seamlessly across different devices and networks. This approach substantially increases your reach and control, yet saving you significant time and money.

1CC automatically handles concurrent incoming and outgoing calls to voice, fax, SMS, internet, landline, mobile devices through the Net2MAX platform, public networks or our competitors' networks. 1CC combines Net2MAX's most popular modules to form the world's most advanced phone service.

In order to avoid complexity and confusion 1CC makes sure that the Same Account Number is provided to you consistently across the whole Net2MAX platform for all module functions.

Smart Technology Keeps You Connected

1CC utilises the latest SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) technology for clean, clear phone connections. In fact they are usually clearer and better quality than the regular PSTN calls.

Net2MAX introduced a unique feature not found on other VoIP carrier networks called codec translation. Sounds techie? Well it is.

Many VoIP services suffer from bandwidth choking . They run out of bandwidth because the VoIP phone is hogging the line. In fact it can even be looking to use more bandwidth than you have available. The result... you can't hear your caller, they can't hear you or the line drops out.

Net2MAX has it figured out. They can dynamically shrink the amount of bandwidth required by you and your other party(s) on the connection. They can also translate their codec (SIP language) to yours... without you having to do some tricky setup thing.

Internet Phone Module (In/Out)

• An Internet Phone Number - Works with most Internet Phone software and hardware and is reachable from ANYWHERE on the internet. Uses the 899 (country) prefix (eg. 899 060 123000) More

Local Phone Module (In/Out)

• A Local Phone Number in a city of your choice for incoming voice calls. (eg. 02 8211 9166 in Sydney) Additional local numbers can be added at any time (eg. Sydney, LA, London, Vienna) Can be routed to other numbers and services via the Web PABX. More

Access Phone Module (In/Out)

• Local, National and Toll-Free Global Access Phone Numbers for making outgoing calls like a phonecard. (eg. 13 88 13) It can also be configured to route incoming calls to you from people calling you. More

Web PABX Module (In)

• A simple programmable Auto-Attendant (Smart Virtual Receptionist) which, automatically or with caller interaction, routes INBOUND calls to YOUR phone numbers or services. Uses the 898 (country) prefix (eg. 898 060 123000). More

Web Dialler Module (Out)

• An Intelligent Call Controller that gives you Speed Dial and Custom Routing functions for OUTBOUND Calling. More

WebPhone (In/Out)

• Operates from ANY PC , It's your personal Communications Centre. Make and receive FREE calls to other 1CC users, call PSTN phones, Videoconference and computer conference with others. More

Conferencing Modules (In/Out)

• Audio Conference, Video Conference, Video Streaming (Broadcast), Text Conference, Image Conference, Web Touring, Desktop Sharing. More

Messaging Modules (In/Out)

• Instant Messaging, Web Email, Web to SMS, Web to Phone, Phone to Web, Personal Communication Portal (Programmable Web page for your callers to see all your contact modes in one place. More

Inbound Calls - People Calling You

Receive audio and/or video calls from local, national and international callers.

Callers connect to you by a number of different methods...

• Dialing your Dedicated Local (PSTN) Number
• Calling any Net2MAX National or International Access Number
• Dialing your Internet (SIP) Phone Number (from another SIP or 1CC account)
• Calling in using our FREE Soft-Dial software (PC) softphone

Web PABX will allow your inbound calls to be intelligently routed to any PSTN, Mobile or Internet Numbers of your choice using the Web configurable Web PABX (SOHO or higher plan)

Web PABX is defaulted to call your 1CC number then record a voicemail if you do not answer. This voicemail can then be sent to your email (as an attachment) or SMS as desired.

Web PABX can also be configured to concurrently or sequentially call a series of numbers defined by you. Some of the many functions for intelligent for handling of incoming calls, include: Caller Control, Time Control, Voice Mail, Voice Menus, Hunt List, Broadcast List, Call Screening, SMS Messaging. More

Optional Local Access PSTN Numbers (Inbound)

Inbound PSTN Alias numbers available in over 40 Countries.
Local Inbound (PSTN, "regular") numbers are available in Australian Capital Cities (ADL, BNE, CNB, MEL, PER, SYD) for only $1.95 per number (special). Regional and international numbers cost a little more.
Choose multiple city numbers if you want people in different cities to call you on their regular phone account (non-1CC) for the cost of a local call. Alias (point) them to one number or your Web PABX
Keep your number(s) when you move across town or to another city or country.
Add or delete inbound PSTN numbers in real time.

Outbound Calls - You Calling Others

Make audio and/or video calls to local, national, mobile and international parties on Internet, landline or mobile phones.

Initiate a call via Local Access Number, Toll-Free National or International Number, Internet Number or Public Softphone Service and be intelligently routed to the called party via the technology of choice.

Web Dialer can also be configured to intelligently decide which service is the most appropriate to use at that particular time. Multiple service providers can also be configured for best results. More
